Cruise & Play open play sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to a later date with 24-hours notice of the start of the reservation. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the start of the reservation. Cancelations and no-shows will be charged the full amount. Cruise and Play open play sessions are 90 minutes.
